Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

• Peanut butter – 2 tablespoons

• Almond milk – 1 cup

• Oats – 4 tablespoons

• Flaxseed powder – 2 teaspoons

• Cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon

Directions

1. Blend the oats, peanut butter, almond milk, and cocoa powder

2. Pour into a glass and add flaxseed powder

3. Stir well before drinking


Biotin Smoothie

Ingredients

• Banana – 1 large

• Raspberries – ½ cup

• Almond milk – 1 cup

• Almond shreds – 1 tablespoon

Directions

1. Blend the banana and raspberries with almond milk until you get a smooth mixture.

2. Pour it into a glass.

3. Add the almond shreds on top


Vitamin E Smoothie (Green Smoothie)

Ingredients

• Ripe avocado – ½ cup

• Baby spinach – 1 cup

• Grapefruit – ½ cup

• Sunflower seed powder – 2 tablespoons

• Mint leaves

Directions

1. Blend the avocado, baby spinach, grapefruit, and sunflower seed powder

2. Pour it into a glass or mason jar

3. Garnish with mint leaves


Benefits:

All of the above add essential vitamins, protein, and biotin that is needed for good healthy hair and hair regrowth.
